Last Week of Chaos

We have had yet another busy week. Chris's grandparents were in town visiting and we went over to Chris's parents house a few times to see them. Here are some pictures from our last week of festivities.

Carter turns 2 on Monday! I am sad that my baby boy has grown so big and so fast!!! He is doing well though and that is really all we want. We are celebrating with Chris's family on Sunday. Over Labor Day we will be back in Audubon to celebrate with my side. And the weekends keep staying full and my house is not staying clean. I need a vacation and a maid. Seriously!!!!

Boys will be Boys

Busy busy summer!!!! Where has the time gone. We have been busy, but I am not really sure what we have been doing. A couple of weekends ago our whole family went back to Audubon for the county fair Tractor Show that was held at my grandpa's house. The boys were in heaven! My grandpa has around 40 antique Massey tractors in his collection. In addition to his collection, around 109 local people from the area drove their prized antique tractor to his house. The boys didn't know what to do.

We are just getting recovered from that big event and now Chris's grandparents have dropped in for a visit. I am sure we are in for another busy weekend. It is nice to see them again-they live down by Branson and we only get to see them once or twice a year usually. I am just in dire need of a vacation and a MAID!!!

Gene's 3rd Birthday

Ever since Christmas, Gene has been talking about going to Chuck E Cheese's. He turned 3 on April 1st so we went the following Sunday to have his family birthday party. He loved the climbing maze and tried playing a few games. He had a blast! He even went up and danced with the kids when Chuck E. Cheese came out. All in all it was a fun day for the kids big and small.
